Terms of service

Last updated 13 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of Live Supply ("the app"), provided by Barter Agencies, Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you use the app for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.

1. The service

The app helps Shopify merchants track open orders, keep stock counts, forecast reorders and send order update emails to their customers. Features may change over time as we improve the app.

2. Your account and data

3. Emails you send

The app only sends an email when you press Send and confirm it. You are responsible for checking each email before it goes, and for its content, including any dates or delivery estimates it gives your customers. Order update emails are for transactional messages about a customer's order, not marketing. You must comply with Google's terms when using Gmail, and with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and any other laws that apply to you.

4. Estimates and forecasts

Expected dispatch dates, stock positions and reorder suggestions are estimates worked out from the information available to the app, including what you enter. They can be wrong, for example if stock counts are out of date or a supplier is late. Check them before relying on them for purchasing decisions or promises to customers.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the app to send unsolicited or misleading messages, to break the law, or to interfere with the app's operation or anyone else's data. We may suspend access if the app is being misused.

6. Fees

Any fees are shown in the app or on its Shopify App Store listing before you are charged, and are billed through Shopify. If there is no fee shown, the app is free to use for now; we will give you notice before introducing charges.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the app running and your data safe, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or error free. It relies on third-party services such as Shopify, Google and our hosting providers.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, the app is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost sales. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim, or, where the law allows us to, to supplying the service again.

9. Ending

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop offering the app with reasonable notice. See the privacy policy for what happens to your data afterwards.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and tell you in the app about significant changes. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland have jurisdiction.
